What do I need to pay attention to in the process of using the halogen moisture analyzer?

Halogen moisture tester （= moisture analyzer ) is a new type of rapid moisture testing instrument, sub testing instrument. The ring-shaped halogen lamp ensures that the sample is heated evenly, easy to operate and accurate to measure. While measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen moisture meter uses the ring-shaped tube halogen heating method to dry the sample quickly. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and instantly displays the moisture content lost by the sample, and the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed after the drying procedure is completed.

　　In the process of using the halogen moisture meter, you should use your fingers to lightly press the keys, avoid using your fingernails, and forbid using sharp and hard objects.

　　The cover of the halogen moisture meter should be lifted and placed lightly.

　　The minimum sample amount must be more than 0.5g.

　　When the rapid moisture meter is in the state of waiting, no need to warm up to use.

　　The sample tray should be cleaned before placing the sample in the halogen tester and the tray holder should be used at all times to prevent burns from the hot sample tray.

　　The last displayed status of the test will remain on the screen until the tare button is pressed. The second and subsequent tests should be performed as soon as possible to prevent moisture dissipation.

　　Before using this halogen moisture meter carefully check whether the power supply voltage and halogen moisture meter requirements are in line with the socket and equipment plug is intact, if there is damage, please do not use. Please close the total power switch before work or long time without using the instrument, without the total switch, dial down the power plug and put it next to the instrument.

　　The product is widely used in all industries that need rapid determination of moisture, such as medicine, grain, feed, seeds, rapeseed, dehydrated vegetables, tobacco, chemical, tea, food, meat and textile, agriculture and forestry, paper, rubber, plastic, textile and other industries in the laboratory and production process.
