How to maintain the electronic balance

Those who work in the laboratory know that if the experimental instruments do not pay attention to daily maintenance, it is easy to affect the accuracy of the instrument, especially the high-precision experimental instruments, such as electronic balances, should pay more attention to maintenance.

1. The balance room should be kept clean, tidy and dry. Washing, eating and smoking are not allowed in the room.
2. The weighing pan, shell and windshield should be cleaned frequently, generally with a clean silk cloth dipped in a little ethanol and lightly wiped, strong solvents are not allowed. After the balance is cleaned, a non-aggressive desiccant should be placed in the frame and replaced regularly.
3. If abnormalities are found after the balance is turned on, the balance should be turned off immediately, and corresponding checks should be made on the power supply, wiring, fuses, switches, sliding doors, objects to be weighed, and operating methods. In short, in the maintenance of the balance, the user should be cautious to ensure the integrity of the equipment.
4. The balance should be kept and maintained by a special person, and a technical file bag should be set up to store the manual, verification certificate, and test records, and record the maintenance and inspection status on a regular basis.
